Dr. Flavius Pernoud, a native St. Louisian, received his M.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. Three years of ophthalmology specialty training was completed at the University of Texas at Houston and an extra year of fellowship training was received in a Corneal Transplant and External Disease. Dr. Pernoud specializes in general eye care, No-stitch cataract surgery, corneal disease and surgery, and glaucoma.

Dr. Joan Pernoud, also a native St. Louisian, received her M.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. She also completed three years of ophthalmology specialty training at the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Joan also completed a year of research into tumors of the eye at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Pernoud specializes in general eye care, oculoplastic surgery, and glaucoma.

Dr. M. Ishaq Chishti earned his M.D. degree from King Edward Medical College. Ophthalmology specialty training was at New York University Medical Center. His fellowship training in retinal disease and surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Chishti specializes in diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Dr. Cathy Phillips earned her Optometric degree from University of Missouri College of Optometry. Dr. Phillips specializes in general medical eye care and specialty contact lens fittings.
